For the first treasure, you have to go to the location as shown on the map below.
When you go there, you will find it on a table. Interact with it, and it will be the first treasure hoard map.
After getting it, you have to go to the west of Alrekstad, as shown on the map below.
After getting there, you will find a large cave which is called the Eye of Torghatten. You have to get inside that cave.
Once you are inside the cave, you need to do some loot and then go to the backside, where you will find rocks and twigs. You will find the treasure there, as shown in the image below.
