This guide will help you to increase the Fps of your game. To do this, you first have to make changes in the Graphics settings, and then in optimization of the windows and the intelligence cleaner folder. Follow the following steps:
Graphics Settings
1.1- You have to set the game graphics settings to the lowest. Go to the settings, and then go to Video.
- Set the resolution of your monitor to the lowest option.
- You have to set the quality settings to Low.
- Move the Field View to 50
- Move the Unit FPS to 300.
1.2- After that, go to the Advance settings of the video.
- And set the Texture Quality to Average.
- You have to set the texture filtering to Low.
- Set the Terrain Quality to low.
- And set the Fog quality to low.
- You need to set the shadow quality to low.
- Keep the HDR quality Low.
- Keep the Effect quality low.
- You have to deactivate the remaining options and then click on the Save button.
1.3- After that, you need to edit the Ironsight_local config file. Go to ironsight installation folder and open iron_sight local.
1.4- You have to make some changes to that file.
- Change the client_size to 610.480.
- And change the full_Screen option from false to True
- You need to change the value of min_frame_sec to 0.000001.
- Change the draw_fps from true to false.
- Change the value of max_anisotrpy to 0.
- You have to turn off Standard_Quality.
- After the stand_quality option, you need to keep all the remaining items in the off position.
1.5- Download simplees fps pack from the link given below:

First, you have to extract the simplees file and then open up that folder. You will find three folders there, and you need to open the first folder.
1.6- Now open the cleanup folder and then open “if the files aren’t running” folder.
1.7- After that, open the disable UAC folder and it will ask permission, you have to click on Yes. Now go back and run the batch files as an administrator, it will delete all the junk files.
1.8- After this, go back to the previous folder and click on the disable prefetch folder. You will find that this folder is empty.
1.9- Also run the folder named delete windows update cache as an administrator. Click on the disk cleaner folder and install this. After that, run the remaining two folders as administrators.
1.9- Go back to the registry tweaks folder in the Adam x folder, run all of them and click on Yes.
1.10- After that, you have to bt basic pc tuner folder, navigate to disabling service folder, and copy the commands from the first folder. After that, run the command prompt as an administrator and start pasting all the commands in the command prompt one by one.
1.11- Now before typing the platform clock command, you need to go to Device Manager and disable HPET from the system.
1.12- After this, go back again to the document from where you were copying the commands into the command prompt. And then copy “bcdedit/set useplatformclock false”.
1.13- Now open the service document and you will find a list of all services that you can disable without causing any issue to your PC.
1.14- Go back to the bt folder and then to the registry optimization folder -> registry setting folder -> boost fps folder. You will find two files, you need to run both of the files and click Yes.
1.15- After this, go back to the registry settings folder, then disable the telemetry folder. Run both of the files and click on Yes.
1.16- Now again go back to the registry setting folder, navigate to the latency and network tweak folder and run both of the files and then click on yes.
1.17- After that, run cc cleaner, go to the registry tab, and clean scan for the issue. Then click on review selected items and make a backup if you want and then click on fix all selected items.
1.18- After that, go to the bt folder again and then go to clean up, temp, cache folder, and run cleanmgr+ as an administrator.
1.19- Now tap on cleanmgr+ and select the items shown in the picture below. Then you have to click on cleanup and wait for it to complete.
1.20- After that, go to simplees fps pack, then simplees fix folder, and go to change GPU priority folder. Once you are there, you need to run the MSI utility mod v3 as an administrator.
1.21- Enable the MSI option for your GPU if it has MSI written on its right side saying supported modes and set the interrupt priority to high. After that, click on apply and close it.
1.22- Open the Device Manager, go to the internet settings of your computer and then go to power management. Then you have to disable “allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
1.23- After that, go to the Advanced tab and change all the items according to the image below while keeping the network address the same.
Windows Optimization
2.1- After that press ok and then go to the improve the internet folder and then run TCP optimizer as an administrator.
2.2- Now click on the optimal and then on the custom. You have to set the Congestion provider to ctcp, then MTU to 1500, and TTL to 64.
2.3- After that, go to command settings and input all the recommended values. After that, click on Apply changes.
2.4- Now go back to the simplee Fix folder, then to the latency folder, and navigate to the wise memory optimizer site. You have to download and install it and then run it as an administrator.
2.5- Once it opens up, you need to click on the menu beside it and enable all three option. After that, click on Optimize and wait for 5 to 10 minutes.
2.6- After that, go back to the latency folder, copy the ISIC Intelligence Standby list cleaner, and paste it onto the desktop.
2.7- Now again go back to the latency folder and navigate to the mem redunt folder. If your Windows is 32-bit, you have to go for 32-bit and if it is 64-bit, go for 64-bit and run mem reduct as an administrator.
2.8- After that, go to the simplees folder and then to the registry folder. You will find three files there, you need to run these files and press yes.
2.9- After that, go to the simplees first fps pack and enable UAC.
2,10- Now go to the desktop and open the ISIC folder that you saved on the desktop earlier. Open that folder and run the ISIC folder as an administrator.
Intelligence Standby list cleaner
3.1- You will need to set the least size to 1024 and the memory lower than half of your Ram. Set custom timer resolution to 0.50 and ISIC pulling rate to 1000.
3.2- Now go to simplee Fps pack, then platform games folder, and run both batch files as an administrator. They will clean up the folder and also some extra junk files.
Update GPU Drivers
You will need to update your GPU drivers or any other outdated drivers, and there are two ways to do this.
- Check for the updates in the GPU control panel.
- Or you can download it from the GPU manufactures website.
CPU Cores
5.1- You have to enable all CPU cores/threads. Type MSConfig in the search and open it, go to boot and enable all the CPU cores and also enable no GUI boot. You need to disable all the unnecessary services. Go to the service tab, click on hide Microsoft services and disable it and also disable the Nvidia services.
5.2- Disable unwanted startup programs. You have to go to the Startup tab and disable all the startup applications which you don’t need.
5.3- You will need to disable all the visual effects. Go to the start menu and right click on My PC and then go to properties. From there, you need to go to Advance settings, click on Best Performance and then click on Apply.
Create Virtual Memory
You have to create virtual memory. Go to advance, then change now disable automatically manage pegging file and click on custom. You need to select any partition and set double the amount of your Ram. After that, click set and OK, then tap on Apply.
High-Performance Power Plan
You will need to create a high-performance power plan. Go to the power options for desktop users and search it in the search tab. Then click on “Create a power plan”, select high performance, and name the power plan according to your choice.
For NVidia Users
It is only if you use NVidia. otherwise, you can skip this step.
AMD User:
8.1- You have to open the NVidia control panel, go to phys x and set it to GPU.
8.2- After that, click on the 3D settings, copy all of these settings, and set the image setting preview to performance. Then you need to click on Apply.
8.3- Now go to adjust desktop size and composition. Select the fill screen, click GPU and select override scaling.
8.4- Run the AMD command to check for any disk error. For this, you need to go to search, type cmd, and run it as administrator. Type chkdsk and it will fix all the drive issues if you have any.
8.5- This step is about unpacking the CPU. You have to select your created gaming plan and then open the quick CPU. Select a gaming plan, make sure it is active, and set the value to max.
Disk Fragmentation
9.1- This step is about Disk fragmentation, there are two ways to do disk fragmentation.
- First, you have to go to My Computer and navigate to properties. Click on Tools, and tap on disk fragmentation. If this does not work, then follow the second step.
- You need to download software into your computer that allows disk fragmentation. You can use smart defrag 6 for this purpose.
9.2- Set desktop background to a single color. Right-click on the desktop and click on settings, then go to “ease of access” and disable animation and transparency. You have to hide scroll bars and desktop images.
9.3- You have to end explore .exe to get a few more fps. Open up task manager and open any folder. Now whenever you start the game, you need to right-click on Windows explorer, click end task and then tap on End Manager.
9.4- Disable full-screen optimization for iron sight. You have to go inside the iron sight folder and then iron steam, navigate to the steam app, and then go to common. After that, go to full-screen optimization inside this. Right-click on the iron sight folder, then go to compatibility and disable the options.
9.5- Now you will need to disable Steam Overlay. Go to steam, then go to general settings and uncheck the first two options.
9.6- You have to set the iron sight to high performance. Go to settings, then navigate to graphics settings and click on Browse. After that, go to the steam library, navigate to steam apps, and then to common. Then go to H1Z1 and click on Add.
9.7- After that, go to Graphics and set H1Z1 to high performance by clicking on the options button.
