In Red Dead Redemption 2, there are 90 challenges spread across nine main categories required for 100% completion of the game. These challenges can only be completed one at a time, in a consecutive sequence. Once you complete all 90 challenges, you’ll unlock the Legend of the East outfit.

Get 7 Headshots In A Row:
The prerequisite of this challenge is to complete “The Sheep and the Goats” (Chapter 2), and the reward is “Sharpshooter Off-Hand Holster available at any Trapper”.
You will need to look for any gang hideout and shoot at the enemies, only aiming at their heads.
Shoot a hat off or miss a hit, partially or completely will reset the challenge, so it’s advised to use the Dead Eye and mark the enemies’ heads.
Disarm 3 Enemies Without Reloading Or Switching Your Weapon:
The prerequisite of this challenge is to complete “The Sheep and the Goats” (Chapter 21. The rewards are 100 Deadeye XP and $15.
There are a couple of things not mentioned by this challenge that you should keep in mind.
For example, after disarming the first enemy, you CANNOT mount or dismount your horse; otherwise, you will reset the challenge.
You can’t also use the Dead Eye after disarming the first enemy because, according to the game’s mechanics, you’re either switching or reloading your weapon.
Technically, you can use any weapon, but the higher the number of rounds that the weapon can hold, the better are the chances to complete this challenge.
When you’re ready, reach this area in Valentine and look for the NPC with the weapon.
You will need to aim your weapon at him, wait for him to remove his pistol from the holster, then shoot at his right forearm, hand, or directly at the pistol.
After disarming him, start running up the hill away from the wanted area that will soon appear.
Remember not to reload, holster, or switch your weapon. You can’t use the DeadEye or your horse; otherwise, the challenge will reset.
After that, wait for the wanted level to reset, and then go back to the same area trying.
Now, you have to find the NPC again with the weapon and disarm him.
Then run away up the hill.
You have to repeat this a third time, and if done correctly, you will complete the challenge.
Shoot 3 People’s Hats Off With The Same Deadeye:
You will need to complete “The Sheep and the Goats” (Chapter 2) as a prerequisite. The rewards are 150 Deadeye XP and $20.
To avoid getting a bounty or a wanted level, scout The Heartlands, look for a small gang camp with at least three people wearing hats.
This challenge can also be completed in any town using a group of civilians.
Once you find your targets, use a Dead Eye tonic, so you have more time to aim with precision, then mark enemies’ hats and shoot.
Kill 3 Flying Birds With Three Consecutive Long Scoped Rifle Shots:
The prerequisite of this challenge is to complete “The Sheep And The Goats” (Chapter 21 and the reward is “Sharpshooter Gun Belt Available At Any Trapper.”
This Challenge is Pretty Simple. You have to find an elevated area with no obstacles or trees between you and the birds.
As soon as you spot a flock of birds, aim and use the Dead Eye to slow down, time, and sheet them without missing a hit fuse a Dead Eye tonic if necessary).
