Transistor is a sci-fi-themed action RPG from the creators of Bastion. You’re in control of someone’s actions as they fight through a stunning futuristic city. These character actions are managed via a thoughtful strategic planning system.
Where is the save game folder in Transistor?
There are a total of two locations of the Transistor save file. If you didn’t find it in the first location, you can try the next one.
- The save file is located in your user directory. You will need to open the file explorer and go to Documents. You will find the “Saved Games” folder inside it, open it up and click on “Transistor”.
Example – C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\Saved Games\Transistor
- You have to go to Program Files (x86) inside the C drive and open up the Steam folder. After that, go to userdata and you will find your Steam User ID Number.
Example – C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\Steam User ID Number\237930\remote
How Do I Install the Save File?
First, you will need to download the save game file and extract it with the help of WinZip. After that, you have to copy the save file to a save games location and make sure to have a backup of your save.
Important: Always back up the save file before replacing it with the new one.
