Gaia Gives Birth To Different Genes Of Humans: Horizon Zero Dawn (Story)
Once the biosphere gets normal then Gaia will give birth to different genes of humans from the cradle facility. There will be a cloning process as well and a new generation of humanity will start.
After that in Apollo, Elisabet and team catalogue all of our human's knowledge. Apollo will transfer this knowledge to the new generation of humans so that they can learn from our mistakes and couldn't make world destroying robots.
So this was Project Zero Dawn, not to save life but to restart it.
Aloy thinks of a question: if Apollo was about to give all the knowledge to the new humans then why are they still aboriginal, which means something went wrong.

After Aloy still wins, Helis releases Corruptors there. Sylens comes there with three overwritten ravagers and saves Aloy.
Sylens already copied all the data from Aloy's focus and he gave a new focus with an Alpha registry copied to Aloy, so that he can also see what's the secret behind the Nora mountain with Aloy.
When Aloy comes to her village, Eclipse was already there and destroyed her village.
Here Eclipse also brought along a thunderjaw with them.

Twenty years ago on August 26th 3020 some unknown entity sent an unknown signal at Gaia prime which is Gaia's main facility, which made her all extensions self aware.
By which function like hades became self aware and with its own authority, he started destroying life on Earth. As that was his job.
In just 53 days he will destroy the new generation of humans or other species and then reset Earth.
So to stop this from happening Gaia was about to destroy her main facility Gaia Prime by which hades will also be destroyed.
After she's gone, who will regulate the terraforming, in her 3 micro seconds calculation, she finds out that all her function will start working strangely and eventually they will break down.
So Gaia here in the Nora mountain facility creates Aloy with genetic data of Elisabet. So when Aloy grows up she can reboot Gaia again.
Gaia knew from her data that Nora Tribe will raise this child, and after she grows up can open up all gates with the help of Elisabet's gene data and after gaining knowledge from those places she will one day see this message.
While Gaia was recording this message and thinking of self-destruction, Hades makes Gaia's other systems independent as well and after seeing Elizabet's reincarnation he also corrupts the Alpha registry.
Gaia is still very confident about Elisabet's gene that she will somehow fix the alpha registry and watch this message.
So here Gaia tells us to go to Gaia Prime and find master override module, by using that Aloy can annihilate Hades and after she kills hades, Aloy has to revive Gaia and after saying this she self-destructs the facility.
