After Sylens tells the location, Aloy gets there to destroy the network bacon and sees that Hades is a metal devil's inside machine's AI.
But Sylens didn't say that Hades will be there.
After destroying this network she hardly got out of there.
Then Aloy finds out that Sylens is not trustworthy and Sylens says himself that trust is for fools and by working with both, he calls it a mutual partnership.
By the way Sylens hacked Aloy's focus and she can't even remove it, so he is coming with her forcefully.
After the network is destroyed we reach the shadow carja's city.
Here Aloy helps Sun king Avad to unite with his mother and brother which makes Shadow Carja more weak.

So Elisabet explains the project Zero Dawn to all the scientists.
In this Zero Dawn project Elisabet wants to make a fully automated terraforming system.
In which they will make a true AI called GAIA, mother Earth as an AI. Yes this project is inspired from Greek Mythology.
So they will give Gaia 9 more extensions which will not be AI, all these extensions have their own task.
Like Hephaestus work's to make machines like Gaia, for this the extension will make its own underground manufacturing Calduron.
Now on one side Gaia's Minerva's extension will build towers and generate codes that will shutdown all the Faro robots. to generate these cods 100 years were required which this AI has.
So once Gaia will turn off these robots then it will purify plants and water and bring back catalogues and animals.
Now Elisabet's team couldn't catalogue some of the animals, Gaia will make robots of them so that seed dispersal could run right.
