Don't forget about buying training as you level up.
Drop the daggers and carry them to avoid becoming over encumbered.
Grab the Mages stone.
Head up to Dragonsreach.
Buy lesser and petty soul gems from secret-fire.
Sell off more potions to fund it.
Save attack reload save to reset his gold/inventory.
Collect enough soul gems to enchant all the daggers.
Continue buying those levels.
Enchant the daggers.
You should get enchanting to between 70-80.
Get to Radiant Raiment in Solitude.
Buy a vest, ring and necklace.
And also an item with fortfiy alchemy on it (might take a few inventory resets).
Find the Khajiit Traders outside either Markarth or Whiterun (fast travel between).
Buy some Dreugh waxor stoneflower petals.
Combine them with snowberries to make a 2x magnitude enchanting potions.
Drop it.
And enchant the gloves, hat, ring and necklace with alchemy.
Still buying, smithing and training.
Use the new alchemy gear to speed level alchemy to 100.
90 smithing.
Once you have finished with smithing, buy one-handed training up to 70.
Make more daggers.
And use them to smash out 100 enchanting.
Just a nibble.
Head to the riften docks.
Find from-deepest fathoms.
