Go to the windhelm docks.
Get a ticket to solstheim.
Meet glover.
Buy 23--30 ebony ingots.
A weapon enchanted with Chaos.
And a weapon enchanted with absorb health.
Then go to the hall of Attainment at the college.
Find this dodgy bloke.
Buy Daedra Hearts.
To reset his inventory, you have to bash him a few times to aggro.
8 should be enough.
Craft a set of Daedric Armor(minus the helmet) and a bow.
Also 2 swords.
For enchanting jewelry, you can head to Markarth.
You need to use your old alchemy gear to make a couple of enchanting potions.
