Throw the potion down.

Enchant the armor and weapons.

Upgrade them with the smithing potion(will also reach 100 smithing).

Also enchant the robes and a ring and necklace with Alteration/restoration.

Once you reach 70 one-handed, begin training archery.

Head over to redwater Den.

You have to grab the telekinesis spell from the cell.

And buy a bound Quiver.

With the Mystic Binding perk, bound Quiver are the strongest arrows in the game.

Buy turn lesser undead.

Turn down to the midden.

Whack on the Restoration /alteration robes.

And cast turn lesser undead on the Draugr to level restoration.

For the necromage perk.

Put your armor back on and you should see the enchantments are 25% better.

Chuck your robes back on and cast Telekinesis on an item.

Then fast travel to the other side of the map.

Instant 100 Alteration.

Then you can make it legendary.

And repeat for unlimited perk points/levels.

Head to white ridge barrow on Solshteim.

Into the shadow realm.

If you have candlelight, you won't take damage.
