Buy Teldryn to keep you safe.
Gold to a beggar in whiterun.
Sell off any items ( keep enchanted items for disenchanting).
Visit Jarl Ballin.
Grab veggies from the kitchen.
Make vegetable soup.
And buy 5 smithing levels from the blacksmith in riften.
Go to the temple of Mara.
Start the book of love.
Complete the book of love.
For a permanent +15 boost to magic resist.
Buy another 5 smithing levels.
Head to dawnstar and run south.
Up we go.
To the lord stone.
Lord stone for +50 armor +25 magic resist.
South of Dawnstar.
Over to the college of winterhold.
Enter the hall of countenance.
Disenchant all your items.
