Let them beat on you for a bit to try and catch Vampirism.
Wait 72 hours in game for vampirism to set in.
Get Necromage to further boost your stats and spells.
Clear out the rest of Dimhollow.
Give a hand.
Serana will continue to follow and fight for you.
As long as you don't go to castle Volkihar.
Head to Markarth and buy a Wardog.
Travel south of windhelm and get the Atronach stone.
Necromage will boost the stone and perk by 25%.
Makes you basically Immune to magic damage.
Talk to brother Verulus inside the Markarth keep.
What the heck?
Head to Reachcliff cave.
Cast call to arms to buff your followers.
Support them with grand healing.
And Illusion spells.
Clear out the cave.
Return to brother Verulus and bribe him to follow you.
He will follow and fight for you until you take him to the cave.
Head to Falkreath.
Find the dog just outside of town.
Follow the quest marker.
Remember to buff up your little army.
Done and done.
If you don't finish the quest Barbas will stay with you.
Head to Saarthal.
To buy Ebonyflesh and Paralyze.
Some other benifical items to get are.
Vokun's Mask.
Which you get by killing Vokun in high gate Ruins.
West of Dawnstar.
And the Archmage Robes by finishing the College quests.
Also completing the restoration Ritual spell.
For the Bane of the Undead spell.
Very good against undead, even on legendary.
