Aquapulmo can spawn on the surface of Deimos during Vome, and they only spawn in hotspots, so make sure whatever water source you are fishing from has a bluish/ green type of glow coming from it as these are the hotspots.
These are some places where you can usually go to find hotspots to fish from. However, they can spawn in just about any water source on the map, so you don’t necessarily have to go to these.
Now the fish are a bit rare; you can also use processor fass residue, which you can get from the daughter to help spawn the fish more often.
