To find the Chilled Meat in Genshin Impact, all you need to do is come over to the marked location, as you can see on the map in the image below.
After reaching the marked location, you will find Snowboars trapped in the ice near the broken wooden bridge. You need to use your attack and kill them. After killing them, you will get a piece of chilled meat.
You can get more chilled meat by going to the marked location, as shown in the image below. There are three more freezed Snowboars you can find, and you will get the chilled meat.
