Death Stranding is an action-adventure game that stars Norman Reedus and Guillermo del Toro with a focus on exploration and broader themes. The player must traverse across a vast open world, where they assume the role of protagonist Sam Bridges, over several years as a part of an investigation into the mysteries surrounding monsters.
Death Stranding includes both an auto-save system, which automatically saves the game, and a manual save option that lets players save their game at any time. This dual save system provides flexibility for players to preserve their progress according to their preferences.
Auto-Save system
Death Stranding auto-save system tends to promptly save your progress without much delay when you reach an important part of the story or any key location. When the auto-system triggers, a logo will pop up in the bottom right corner.
