Minfilia has a very good LB here. While the attack part is relatively okay, what’s best here is the buff that your entire team will receive on ATK, DEF, MAG, and SPR. As Minfilia is a primarily another support unit, the Limit Burst will augment some of the other buffs she can do:

Who needs Cerius? You don’t need to be stuck with Kuja to beat the Veritas of the Wind. Minfilia can resist all elements. She’s a one-man resist unit and will be very useful during boss fights that deals specific magic damages. With Word of the Mother, all ailments are resisted. Her Call To abilities also ensures you have a 100% boosts to whichever ability you choose.

FFBE Minfilia Evaluation:
Minfilia is a great unit to use. She has access to Bar- buffs and a great number of support abilities to add you particularly in certain quests where you really need resistances to some elements. The only problem I can see is that she uses a great ton of MP. This will be an issue during long battles.
