How Do You Do Stick Lift Checks in NHL 22

This guide will let you know how to do Stick Lift Checks in NHL 22. You have to follow the simple steps in this guide to do so. 

To perform a stick lift, you first need to press the X button from your controller. You get possession of the puck when the stick gets lifted, as shown in the image below. 

On Xbox, you have to press the A button from your controller to stick lift and take possession of the punk, as shown in the image below.
