Step 1:
You will need to open the following Playstation Management website.

Open this link, log into your Playstation account and then click on the Login button. After that, you have to click on the Sign out of all devices option located on the bottom right corner of the screen.
You have to change your password as well so that nobody will log into your account. You can also change your email address for more security if you want to and turn on the two-step verification on your email.
