In this guide, you will learn how to appear offline and away in Fortnite on PS4, and Xbox PC. Go through the guide and follow all the instructions carefully to do so. Â
The first thing you will need to do is press the options button from the controller to open up the game options. Then tap on the settings, as shown in the image below.
If you are playing on PS4, you will need to press the triangle button and see a small menu option right next to the icon. You have to press the X button on the online status.
After that, select the Away option, and press the x button on it. Now go to the Party privacy settings and set it to private so that no one can join your party except you. You will need to turn off the Notify Friends option, as shown in the image below.
Now you will appear offline in the game with these settings, and whenever you come online, your friends will not get the notification message, and you will stay offline in the game.
