This guide will let you know how to change the Phone Background Color (New Phone Layout) in The Sims 4.
1. You will need to click on the phone icon available at the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. A phone-like interface will appear, and you have to choose the middle icon at the top left corner of the interface to change the background color.
3. A grid of color options will pop up after that. You need to select the color of your choice.
