This guide will let you know how to customize Weapon & Camo in Battlefield 2042 on PS4, PS5, Xbox, and PC.
You will need to go to the home screen of Battlefield 2042, press the R1 button and go to My Classes. Press the Triangle button on the bottom to view the different classes for your portal mode.
After that, you will have the option to select between Battlefield 3, Battlefield 2042, Battlefield Bad Company 2, and Battlefield 1942. Then go to the weapon and navigate to Customize, select one of the bars with the d-pad, and press X on it.
Go to an open slot or to the item you want to replace. Press X and add the attachment you want. You can also do this with your pistol and make sure you have unlocked the attachments for this one.
You can press X on the weapon to completely replace it. Press X on the weapon here and go to Customize, you will find Hardware appearance at the top. Go there and you can equip a weapon skin to this. You just need to press X to equip the skin and some of them also cost some cash.
Press R2 under this screen to go to your weapon charms and you can also equip them. Once in the game, press the Triangle or the Y button on your Xbox controller to open up the menu and the first slot will be the attachments area. You can switch to different attachments using the d-pad and a direction to equip it.
