Shinobi Hunter Enshin of Misen is the first mini boss in the Hirata Estate area. And he is probably one of the easiest to defeat. You will be awarded with 3,024 XP without Kuro’s charm(NG+2), prayer bead and 9,073 XP without Kuro’s charm(NG+7) after beating him.

Start running straight through a passage in the Hirata Estate while ignoring all the enemies on your way.
Approach slowly towards the busher and kill one minion there. But make sure that the boss is not looking at you. Kill him and crouches silently towards the boss.
Backstab him and then slash him with two or three combos, he will be dead soon. Shinobi Hunter Enshin of Misen is comparatively a very easy boss to beat.
