The Complete Process
The game has no such option to delete the saved file or data. Even you cannot save a file of the new game. To start a new game, you have to delete the data. Now, how can you do it even when there is no option? First, go to the home screen through the switch menu. Click home and go to System Settings. Scroll down to Data Management Tab, which has options on the right side.
Go to the bottom of this page by scrolling down; there will be an option to Delete Save Data. Clicking it will ask you to close the software you currently use with two options Cancel and Close. Now, close the software and discover the Pokemon Shield. Click Delete Save Data for Vergel from the list of games, and then click on Delete Save Data for the account you chose. Confirm the warning message once it shows. Remember that everything will be completely lost, and you cannot recover it later.
Moreover, if you have received a mute from the Pokeball class feature and put it in the game, you will not be able to get another one. So, delete carefully if you want to save your mute and from the dual pack free Giganta Max Pokemons.
