First of all, you have to go to the home screen of your PlayStation and then click on the settings from the top right corner of your screen. After that, go to Users and Accounts, then go to privacy and click on View and Customize your privacy settings.

After that, scroll down until you find the communication and multiplayer option. Under this, you need to select who can interact with you through parties, games, and messages. You can set it to friends only, Nobody, and no one.
