This guide will show you how to fix the quest that has stopped, and nothing pops up on your screen in Hogwarts Legacy. You must follow all the points mentioned in the guide to do so.
First, go to the owl post and check if you have any messages on the account.
Now go through the different characters and ensure each item is opened. You will find two letters, and Professor Sharp opens both. The unopen letters prevent you from opening the quest.
When you are moving around and wasting time, a quest will pop up, then start another quest after a few minutes. Ultimately, a quest will pop up on your screen to remind you to return to this location.
