This guide will let you know how to fix the Stuttering and Screen Tearing in Halo infinite when you’re playing on the PC. You have to disable Borderless Fullscreen, set the Minimum Frame Rate and Maximum Frame Rate and change 3D Settings to get the desired results.
Disable Borderless Fullscreen
To reduce stuttering, go to settings and disable Borderless Fullscreen.
Step 1: You will need to go to settings in the game and tab over to Video.
Step 2: Uncheck the Borderless Fullscreen, and the game will play better when it’s in windowed mode.
Set Minimum Frame Rate and Maximum Frame Rate
You can set your Minimum Frame Rate to 61 and the Maximum Frame Rate to 61. It might help to fix stuttering.
Change 3D Settings
You need to change Low Latency Mode, Max Frame Rate, Monitor Technology, and Vertical Sync to reduce stuttering.
Step 1: You need to type Nvidia Control Panel in the search bar and open it up, go to 3D settings and tap on Manage 3D settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Global settings and scroll down to Low Latency Mode, you need to set it to Ultra and then set the Max Frame Rate one frame below your max frame rate for your monitor.
Step 3: Set the Monitor Technology to G-SYNC Compatible.
Step 4: Scroll down to Vertical Sync and set it to Fast.
After making all these changes, you can try out the game and you will not get any screen stuttering.
