This guide will let you know how to fix There Has Been An Error Joining a Session in GTA 5 Online. You have to follow the simple steps in this guide to do so.
When you are in the game, you will need to press the options button and tap on the online section. You have to tap on the Choose Character option, as shown in the image below.
When you are in the character selection screen, you have to select any character and then launch the section to enter the GTA 5 online game.
If you are on the Playstation, you have to press the Playstation button from the controller, and then you need to open your game base to find a friend who is playing GTA 5 online game. Select his profile and then join his session, as shown in the image below.
Once you join the game, you will need to go back to the single-player mode and navigate the game options. After that, tap on the online section and click on the Play GTA online option.
Next, you have to press the Go button from the left menu in the online section.
