How to Fix Your Save Data Could Not Be Loaded From Rockstar Cloud Servers

In this guide, you will come to know how to fix the error “Your save data could not be loaded from Rockstar cloud servers at this time” in GTA 5 Online.

Step 1

To fix this issue, you first have to press the PlayStation button from the controller and close the game. When you are on the home screen of the PlayStation, you have to tap on the Settings icon on the top right side of the screen, as shown in the image below.

After that, go to the storage settings, and tap on the console storage. You have to select the Saved Data option and then go to PS5 Games. 

Step 3

You will need to select GTA 5 game and press the delete button located on the bottom of the screen. It will delete the saved data, not the actual game files.  

Step 4

Next, you will need to head back to the main settings option and navigate to the “Saved Data and Game/App Settings” option.

Step 5

After that, go to the saved data option and select the cloud storage option. You have to tap on the “Download to Console Storage” option.

Select the GTA 5 game and tap on the edit icon right next to the game name. as shown in the image below.  

Step 6

You will need to find all of your data of GTA 5 online in the cloud storage, so you have to select the files and tap on the download button located on the bottom side of the screen. You have to make sure to download the story mode files only. 

Step 7

The next thing you have to do is close all the tabs and start the GTA5 game. Press and hold the R1 down until you see a new window of Display Calibration, and then you have to adjust the display of the game. After that, press the X button from your controller to confirm.

Now it will start to load the story mode, and you have to press the square button to go into the GTA5 Online mode.
