This guide will let you know the way to get a hamster pet in Sims 4.
1. First, you will need to have enough simoleons in your sim’s account then go into the build mode from the top right corner and search hamster at the search bar on the bottom left corner.
2. Buy the Hammy with cage and place it wherever you like in your home. Then go back to live mode by pressing the F1 key.
3. You will have some options to interact with your hamster. You need to care about feed and cleaning the hamster as well. If your hamster has enough food and it is cleaned already then you can’t select the Fill Foods or Clean Habitat options.
4. You can click on the cage and select the Play With option when you want take it in your hands.
5. After playing with the hamster, your sim will get a playful +1 “Rodent Playtime” moodlet.
6. But be careful sometimes hamsters can bite your sim and then your sim will get a Tense +1 “Bite-Sized Bite” moodlet.
7. You can also observe and talk with your hamster by clicking Observe or talk options.
8. And also your sim can feed their hamster with treats. You can also release your hamster but you won’t get it back but can buy it again.
