Getting the sea truck dock isn’t very difficult as all you need is the moonpool blueprint. Using the delta statin dock as a starting point, you’re going to start from there, face towards your life pod, and head around/hug the left side of the island. After that, keep going until you find a large drop to your right which will lead to the koppa mining site.
The only thing you will need is a sea glide and a high capacity 02 tank as you’re quick but a struck also helps so you can use it for air. The only thing that may be a threat here is the rock puncher however as long as you stay clear of them and do not walk directly in front of them, then you will be fine.
