How to get to the Lost River in Subnautica

In this guide, you will come to know how to get to the Lost River in Subnautica. You have to follow all the instructions carefully to get there.

Starting from the coral tube sticking up out of the water, you will need to head about half a bump or one bump to the right of northeast until you reach a large drop in the bulb zone biome.

It is recommended to have a cyclops with an Mk2 Depth module or a prawn suit with an Mk2 depth module, a high or ultra-high capacity O2 tank, a sea glide, and a knife.

The main threats you will encounter in the lost river are the ghost leviathan; you have to avoid the river prowler, which you can either avoid or try to kill using the stasis rifle and kife. You will also face the warper, which can warp you out of your vehicle, so you can attack it until it warps away using the knife, or you can run away from it.

There are also blood crawlers that you can easily kill using your knife or easily avoid.

Another thing to be aware of in the lost river is the green fog/mist near some parts of the seafloor. The only way you can go into the fog without taking damage is by using a prawn suit.

Suppose you plan to use the cyclops to enter the lost river. In that case, it is recommended to use this entrance. It probably has the largest entrance area out of the other entrances, making bringing the cyclops through easier than the other lost river entrances.

It is the large drop you’re looking for, and once you see it, you have to look for a large entryway. If you go through it, you will eventually be in the lost river.

It is the large entryway you are looking for.

Starting from the coral tube, you have to head 1-2 bumps to the right of the northwest until you reach the blood kelp forest next to the northwestern mushroom forest.

Starting from the coral tube, you will need to make your way about two bumps to the left of the southwest until you reach a large hole in the grand reef that leads to the grand reef caves.

It is the large hole you’re looking for.

Once you’ve gone down the hole, you have to head about one bump to the left of the north until you reach a large entryway. When you go through it, you will be in the lost river.
