There are two ways to max out your stealth skill in the Grand Theft Auto 5 Online. The first way is by getting into the crouch or stealth mode by pressing the X or A button from your controller. You have to walk to increase your stealth skill in the stealth mode; walk continuously to get your skill up quickly.
The second way is to get behind someone and knock him out with a punch. It will increase your stealth bar, and if you knock out two people, it will increase by 1.5 percent.
After that, you will need to go to the options, tap on the Online tab, and go to the Jobs section. You have to click on the Play Jobs option and select the Rockstar Created option, next click on missions and select the mission “Time to Get Away”, as shown in the image below.
This mission will allow you to knock out people easily without any wanted levels. Once the mission starts, you have to go to the beach and then get unarmed by selecting a fist from the weapon wheel options.
After that, go to the boardwalk area, and you will find many people. You have to get yourself in stealth mode, then start to get behind the people and knock them out to increase your stealth.
