Other required items are Ghast tear, Red stone, splash potion of fire resistance, Potion of Regeneration(0:45) and brewing stand.
Enter in Nether
First of all enter into the Nether and use a potion of Fire resistance so that you can avoid the damages.
Ghast Tear
Now you will have to get the ghast tear. Look for a Ghast in Nether and then kill to obtain a ghast tear.
Red Stone
After that, the next required item is redstone. You will have to find and get a Redstone. Use any of the pickaxes to get one red stone.
Potion of Regeneration(0:45) using Brewing Stand
After collecting these items, you will be able to make a potion of regeneration(0:45) using the brewing stand. Go towards the brewing stand and put ghast tear and awkward potion on fire to get a potion of regeneration(0:45). And add this potion into inventory.
