The first thing you need to do is to place a piston on the ground and then place a slime block at the top of it.
After this, you have to place the furnace on all the sides of the slime block.
Now you need to place a redstone repeater on the ground beside the piston and use redstone dust as shown in the following image.
The next thing you need to do is to place sooth quartz blocks along the furnace and add an oak pressure plate at the top.
Add more smooth quartz blocks on the front and also fill the gap on the backside. Then you need to place two stairs on the ground to move up.
Step on the oak pressure plate and the piston will make you jump upward.
