Bed is a very essential item to have in your stock, it can be used at night so that the mobs won’t spawn around you. Bed allows the player to sleep through the night and skip to the next dawn, and they reset the player’s spawn point to within a few blocks of the bed.
To make a Bed, you’ll need a Wood Log, Sheep Wool, Wood Planks and Crafting Table. Please follow the following steps to make a Wooden Bed.
Wood Log
In order to make a bed, the basic item that you will need to get is any kind of wood logs . So chop down any tree using your Iron axe to get that. You need to get at least four to five wood logs.
Sheep Wool
The next item that you will have to find and get is sheep wool. Find sheep and get at least three wool out of them. Don’t kill them, just use shears to get the wool.
Wooden Planks
After that you need to make wooden planks from oak wood blocks. Make your way to the crafting table and add wood block in any cell of 2*2 crafting grid. You will get twenty wood planks from five oak wood logs in the right-side box of the crafting grid. One wood block will convert into four wooden planks. Bring these planks into inventory.
Make Crafting Table
Now you can use these wooden planks to make a crafting table and then use it to craft a bed. Add four wood planks in four cells of 2*2 crafting grid and you will get a crafting table in the right-side box of the crafting grid. Add this crafting table into your inventory. Then place this crafting table on a smooth surface of your choice.
Wooden Bed
Now use this newly made crafting table to craft a wooden bed. Open up its 3*3 crafting grid and choose any two adjacent rows to add three wood planks in lower row and three wool in upper row. You will get a Bed in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this bed in your “ready to use” stock.
