Light Gray Banners are tall blocks that are used for decoration. You will need Sheep Wool, Wood Block, Azure Bluet, Oxeye Daisy or White Tulip, Light Gray Dye, Wood Planks, Wood Sticks and Light Gray Wool to make a Light Gray Banner. Please follow the following steps to make a Light Gray Banner.
Sheep Wool
In order to make a light gray banner, the basic item that you need to find is wool. You will have to find sheep and get at least six pieces of wools out of them. But don’t kill them, just use your shears to get wools.
Wood Block
You will need a block of wood, because wood is also one of the basic items to make banners. So chop down any tree using your iron axe to get wood logs.
Azure Bluet, Oxeye Daisy or White Tulip
After that you will have to get any single flower among azure bluet, oxeye daisy or white tulip, so that you can use it to craft the light gray dye. You will have to find enough of these flowers to make six light gray dyes from them.
Light Gray Dye
Go towards the crafting table to craft light gray dyes. Open up 3*3 crafting grid and add azure bluet or white tulip or oxeye daisy in the center cell of the grid. You will get light gray dyes in the right-side box of the crafting table. Every single flower will give you one light gray dye. Add these dyes into your inventory to use later.
Wood Planks
After that you need to make wood planks from Oak wood blocks you have collected. Add wood block into 3*3 crafting grid to get wooden planks in the right-side box of the crafting table. One wood block will convert into 4 wooden planks. Bring these wooden planks into your inventory.
Wood Sticks
Now you need to craft sticks from wooden planks. So add 2 wooden planks in 3*3 crafting grid as shown in the image below. You will get wood sticks in the right-side box of the crafting table. 2 wood planks will give you 4 sticks. Add them in your inventory to use later.
Light Gray Wool
After that you need to craft Light Gray wool by adding 6 wool and 6 light gray dyes in in adjacent cells of any row of 3*3 crafting grid, as shown in the image below. You will get six Light Gray wool in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add these into your inventory to use later.
Light Gray Banner
Now finally you can craft a Light Gray banner as you have all the required items in your inventory. Add six Light Gray wools and a stick by following the exact pattern as shown in the image below, where the first two rows should consist of six wool and the third row should have only one stick in the middle. You will get Light Gray Banner in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this Light Gray Banner in your “ready to use” stock.
