Mushroom stew is a food item that is used to restore the hunger points of a player. It refills your food meter when eaten.
To make Mushroom Stew, you’d need Wood log, Red and Brown Mushroom, Wood Planks and Wood Bowl. Please follow the following steps to make Mushroom Stew.
Wood log
In order to make a Mushroom Stew, one of the basic items you need is any kind of wood log. Equip your iron axe and chop down any of the trees to get at least one wood log.
Red and Brown Mushroom
And now you will have to find mushrooms, another necessary item to make mushroom stew. You can find mushrooms in dark caves and shady areas, take at least one red and one brown mushroom.
Wood Planks
Make your way towards the crafting table in order to craft the wooden planks. Open up 3*3 crafting grid and add wood logs in any cell of the crafting grid of crafting table to get wood planks in the right-side box of crafting table. Bring these wooden planks in your inventory.
Wood Bowl
The next thing you need to craft is a wooden bowl. Add 3 wooden planks on the 3*3 crafting grid in the same way as shown in the image below, so that it should make a shape of a bowl. And you will get a bowl in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this bowl into the inventory.
Mushroom Stew
Now you can craft mushroom stew as you have all items in the stock. Add brown mushroom in the top cell, red mushroom in the middle cell and wooden bowl in the lower cell to get a Mushroom Stew in the right-side box to the crafting table. Add this item into your “ready to use” stock.
