Purple Banner is a tall decorative block, you can use it for decoration.
To make a Purple Banner, you’d need Sheep Wool, Wood Block, Poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Red Dye, Purple Dye, Wood Planks, Wood Sticks and Purple Wool. Please follow the following steps to make a Purple Banner.
Sheep Wool
In order to make a banner, the basic item that you will need is wool. Find a sheep and get at least six pieces of wool out of them. Don’t kill them, just use shears to obtain the wools.
Wood Block
You will also need a block of wood, because wood is also one of the basic items to make banners. Chop down any of the trees using your iron axe to get some wood logs.
Poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush
Now the next required item that you will have to get is a flower. You will have to get enough poppy, Rose bush or red tulips to craft 3 red dyes.
Lapis Lazuli
After that you will have to find lapis lazuli gemstone. You need to find and get at least 3 lapis lazuli stones.
Rose Red Dye
Now go towards crafting table and add poppy or Rose Bush in the center cell of 3*3 crafting grid. You will get one Rose Red dye, when you add poppy, and 2 Red dyes when you add rose bush. You will find red dyes in the right-side box to the crafting table. Add these dyes into your inventory.
Purple Dye
The next item you need to craft is purple dye. Add lapis lazuli gemstones and rose red dyes in adjacent cells of 3*3 crafting grid. You will get purple dyes in the right side box to the crafting table. Add these purple dyes in your inventory.
Wood Planks
After that make wood planks from oak wood blocks. Add wood block into crafting area of crafting table. One wood block will convert into 4 wooden planks. Bring these wooden planks into your inventory.
Wood Sticks
Now you need to craft sticks from wooden planks using the crafting table. Add 2 wood planks in adjacent cells of any column in the same way as shown in the image below. Two wooden planks can give you 4 sticks. Add the sticks into your inventory to use later.
Purple Wool
After that you need to craft purple wools by adding 6 wools and 6 purple dyes in adjacent cells of any row on 3*3 crafting grid. You will get six purple wools in the right-side box to the crafting table. Add these wools into your inventory to use later.
Purple Banner
Now finally you can craft a purple banner as you have all the required items. Add six purple wools and a stick into 3*3 crafting grid, where first and second row consist of three purple wools each and third row has only one stick in the middle cell. You will get a purple banner in the right-side box of the crafting table. Bring this banner into your “ready to use” stock.
