In this guide, you will learn how to open the maps and fast travel in the Elden Ring. Go through the guide and follow all the instructions carefully to do so.
To open the map, you need to press the G key for PC, and if you are using Xbox, you have to press the view button located in the middle of the controller, use the select button if you are using PlayStation., you have to use the keyboard’s W, A, S, D keys, to move around the map.
You will need to discover sites of grace to travel fast. There are three locations on the map where you can find the site of grace, as shown in the image below.
To discover the site of grace, you need to find it and interact with it. A “Lost Grace Discovered” message will appear on your screen when you interact with it, as shown in the image below.
To fast travel to one of the sites of grace, you have to move your cursor to that location and press the event action button. A new message pops up on your screen, and you have to click on the OK button, and you will know that you will fast travel to the location you select from the map, as shown in the image below.
When you are inside the cave, you cannot fast travel to another location.
