There is a communication system in Overwatch 2 which allow you to communicate with your friends without having a microphone. For this, you have to boot up your game and then hold down the left keypad button. You will find a menu where you will find different text messages that you can send to your teammates.
If you select any option; for instance, you have selected an enemy, it will also send your friends the location of the enemy.
In case you want to change your communications, then you have to press options to open the menu and then click on options again.
Then you have to go to the controller from the top of your screen and press R2 to go to communications. Under the communication menu, you have to select the message and then you have to go over with the d-pad to expand the message then from that list you can change it according to your choice.
