This guide will learn how to Play Multiplayer on Payday the Heist. You will need to follow the step-by-step instructions in this guide to play multiplayer.
To play the multiplayer, you have to check your game version first; open your game folder and navigate to the game.ver file. When you find it, you will need to right-click on it and select the “open with notepad” option from the menu, as shown in the image below.
You will see the version of your game there; you need to make sure that your game version is 1.21.0 to play multiplayer on Payday the Heist.

When you download the zip file, you have to right-click on it and click on the “extract to” option from the options menu, as shown in the image below.
After extracting the file, you will need to go back to your game’s folder, copy three files, and paste them into a new folder for backup.
You will need to open the folder you have extracted and copy all the files from there, then go to the games folder and paste all the files there. After that, you have to open the SmartSteamEmu.ini file using notepad, and you will find a command “Language” used to change the language of the server, as shown in the image below.
Scroll down, and you will find a command “PersonaName”; you can change its value with your name from this command. If you want to enable the in-game voice using microphone input, you have to change the value of the command to 1.

You can connect two or more computers with this software through Virtual Lan Network on Ethernet. After downloading the desktop app, you will need to install it, as shown in the image below.
When it’s fully installed, you have to open the RADMIN VPN and change the network’s name first. Then click on the Create New Network, which will pop up a small window, as shown in the image below.
You need to add the network’s name and set the password so that no one else can access it. After that, click on the Create button to create the network connection.
Now you need to perform the same steps on your friend’s PC who wants to play with you. When you are done with all of the above steps, you have to open the VPN on his PC and click on the join Network option.
You will need to enter the Network name and the password you created on your system and press the Join button. After that, open the game on both the host and client PC. You need to tap on the Play Online option from the right menu when the game starts, as shown in the image below.
You need to select the setup game option, scroll down, click on the create Game option from the options menu, and start the Heist.
Now you need to go to your friend’s PC and go to the play online option, and there you have to select the option “Play With Anyone,” as shown in the image below.
Now you need to select the hosted server to start the game. You also have to check the ready check box on both systems, and then you can easily play the multiplayer with your friend, as shown in the image below.
