This guide will teach you how to put items in a pouch and use Quick Items in Elden Ring. You have to follow all the instructions carefully to use them.
The first thing you will need to do is open the main menu, and if you are using a PC, you have to press the Esc key from the keyboard to open the main menu. You will see a pouch section on the right top side of the menu, as shown in the image below.
You will find six slots that you can enter items into, but the top four slots are the quick-access slots. So if you put the item in the top four slots, you can hold in the event action button without viewing your main menu. On PC, you have to press the E key, and on Xbox, you need to press the Y button from the controller.
While holding it, if you press in any direction, then it will activate the item that is on the quick access shots of your pouch, as shown in the image below.
If you want to add the item in the slot, you have to hover over the slot you want to add the item into, and if you are on PC, you need to press the F key from the keyboard. When you press the F key, it will open the pouch menu, and from there, you can hover over any of the items from the list and add that item into the pouch slot, as shown in the image below.
If you don’t want to switch the items, you can remove them completely from these slots. You need to hover over the item you wish to remove and press the R button to remove the item from the slot, as shown in the image below.
