This guide will show you how to Remove/Turn off Emily Tutorials/Guides in The Sims 4. You need to go to the game options and turn off the option there.
You have to press the Escape button on your keyboard or click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen to open the main menu.
After that, tap on Game Options and navigate to the Tutorial & Tips tab. Once there, uncheck the Enable Guidance option and Emily Tutorials/Guides won’t pop up now.
