The first thing you will need to do is open the website of nexus mod from the link below.

Then scroll down and tap on the files tab, and there you have to download the local multiplayer file.

You need to download the Parsec app because it enables you to play games with friends who are not in the same room as you on PC.

Open the following website, and press the download button to download the app, as shown in the image below.

When you download the app, you have to open it as a dedicated app on your computer to avoid running it on a web browser. Now you need to log in to the app, tap over to the friends’ tab from the left menu and send them a quick invite to play with them when you log in. Once the game is running, you can also send your friend a temporary invite, or you can also share your screen with your friend and share complete control of your mouse and keyboard, as shown in the image below.

Now you need to go to the nexus page and tap over to the description for the local multiplayer because it will provide you with all the details of how this multiplayer works. There you will see a lot of different controls. You will need to go into spectator mode by pressing the F3 button in the game.

You will see that your friends can inhabit the NPCs by pressing X, and you will have control, so the VR player will still be in VR and CVR, but the people who are connected with the internet will be able to control the mouse and keyboard on their unit as shown in the image below.

If you want to change the controls, you have to open level_master.json, and from there, you can easily change the controls, as shown in the image below.
