First of all, you will need a secondary character. If your rank is above 120, then you will be able to create a secondary character.
After this, you simply need to purchase a kasaka and then set up your kaipariko heist. Then you can switch back to your main character and do the same thing setting up the kaipariko heist. After that, you can decide to finish the heist in either of the two characters and then switch to your other character again and do the same thing by finishing the heist.
Then you have to wait for the remainder of the cooldown of the other character. Now you can either log off tonight or you can just keep going for the casino heist.
