1- First you have to open your web browser and go to write www.xbox.com. After that, sign in by clicking on the Profile button on the top right corner of your screen and then enter your email and password associated with your Xbox live account.
2- After signing in, you will be brought back to the Xbox website where you will find your game tag and your profile in the upper right corner of your screen. You have to click on it and then click on Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
3- On the Services & Subscriptions page, you have to find the subscription that you want to cancel, and then click on Payment and Billing.
4- On the manage page, you will get more information about your subscription. You have to click on the change button to change the subscription settings.
5- A drop-down menu will appear, you have to click on Switch plan and then click on Turn OFF recurring billing.
6- After this, a confirmation screen will open up and you have to click on Confirm Cancellation.
