There are giant ships which you can use, but they will cost you a lot. The cheapest one, the death star 2, is worth two million to 5 million. So if you have a lot of credit in the bank, you can purchase them easily. When you unlock these, you will not be able to use them in the initial stages because you need to spend some time on farming.
You need to go to space to do space battles; a red icon on your map marks them. After two or three space battles, you will get the ship. There is a random element to it, and you have to try these in the same areas two or three times. And also, you need to follow some random events.
You have to go to every capital ship one by one to get them quickly. You need to complete episode four and travel to Coruscant’s federal district to get the death star. When you’ve done both of these, make your way to Yavin 4 and head over to the great temple. After that, follow the path which will lead you up to an NPC that gives you a quest called operation stardust.
It’s a very simple quest; there’s no need for a walkthrough, you have to follow the objectives, and there is an ATT fight. There’s a little box of grenades used to kill him, and it is a very simple quest, and then you have to go to speak to YU. You will need to take the side mission and finish it to unlock the first death star. Once you have the death star, you need to complete episode six and come to the door at Ewok Village.
Speak to the Ewok to get the quest complete. The side mission is simple and after completing it, come down, hand it in, and you will unlock the death star two. For the next capital ship, you need to go to Tatooine space.
Make sure you’re in space, not on the planet; fly around the space, and you will see some combat zones; there are red things on the screen. You have to start space combat; it doesn’t matter what side you were on the empire when this happened. Do two or three battles here, and the ship should turn up; you have to destroy it, then take it over, and it’s all yours.
The next capital ship you can unlock is the Steadfast in Cantonica Hexagonal Jackal and Persona. You need to go straight to Jakku space again, and after two or three space battles, the ship pops. Just kill the captain, and the ship is yours, and there’s one more left so that you can unlock the trade federation battleship for the last capital ship.
You will need to go straight to Geonosis, and it was there, and when you came back, it wasn’t there. It will pop up again after a few fights, so this is a reliable area to get it again. Destroy the defences, go on to take the captain, and the ship is all yours. It’s about five million, so it will take a while to use it.
