This guide will let you know how to unlock gourmet cooking skills to cook gourmet meals in The Sims 4.
1. First, you will need to make sure your sim has a level 5 cooking skill. To increase your sim’s cooking level, you can read books about cooking and by cooking meals on your own.
2. Once you reach level 5 of the cooking skill, you will receive a message at the top right corner that says you have unlocked the gourmet cooking skill
3. Now as you reached level 5, you need to click on a fridge or a stove and choose the “Cook a Gourmet Meal” option.
4. Then choose a meal to cook from the list. Now your sim can cook a gourmet meal and will unlock a new skill called “Gourmet Cooking”.
5. Gourmet meals are higher-quality foods and by increasing your gourmet cooking skills, you will be able to unlock new tricks, recipes, and moodlets as well!
