The stalker rifle ultra is a fun variant; it feels very similar to the carbine from previous Halos. It has a faster rate of fire in comparison to the regular stalker rifle but also deals slightly less damage requiring four shots to kill a spartan instead of 3.
The stalker rifle ultra only has 1 Zoom in scope instead of 2 making it a traditional Mid-ranged rifle.
It takes seven shots to kill a spartan if you do not land a headshot after the 3rd shot, whereas the regular stalker rifle will take five shots.
The stalker rifle ultra does not overheat as much, allowing 13 shots compared to the regular 7.
