You will need to complete “Paying a Social Call” (Chapter 2) as a prerequisite, and its rewards are 50 Health XP and $10.

If you haven’t completed Chapter 6 yet, the easiest way to complete this challenge is by reaching the locked area of New Austin and West Elizabeth.
Once there, a group of five or six lawmen will appear after a few seconds. You have to wait for them to spawn and kill them with the knives.
If you have already completed Chapter 6, instead, take for NPCs on their horses, and when near, you will need to antagonize them.
As soon as they start shooting, they become enemies that can be killed, losing only a bit of honor.
You can avoid losing honor by attacking the lawmen instead, but that will raise your bounty.
