The first fire station is located in Paleto bay, part of Blaine county. So make your way there and press the triangle button or Y to get the fire truck.
The other fire station is located in the Rockford hills area in Los Santos. Just head there and there will be no fire truck. But there’s another way to get one using your phone, just bring your phone out, go to Contacts and look for emergency services.
Once they pick up your call, you need to ask for the fire department. After that, wait a bit and then the fire truck will be sent to you.
